Podfeeder Terms of Use

By using the Podfeeder.com web site and Podfeeder desktop software (also known as 'Podfeeder'), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

Basic Terms

1. You may not use Podfeeder for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with their respective local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
2. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data (“Content”) that you submit to the Podfeeder.com service.
3. You must not modify, adapt or hack Podfeeder or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Podfeeder.com.
4. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
5. You must not, in the use of Podfeeder, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

While Podfeeder prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Podfeeder cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Podfeeder.com service at your own risk.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Podfeeder service for any reason, without notice, at any time.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

Subscription Policy

• Podfeeder offers a 30-day, limited functionality, free trial for prospective customers. Podfeeder, similar to other software companies, has a policy that all sales are final upon purchase of a subscription.

Copyright (What's Yours is Yours)

• We claim no intellectual property rights over the material that you provide to the Podfeeder service.
• You can remove your podcast from our directory at anytime by using the contact form. Please just give us the podcast name, and we will remove you from the directory.
